Job Description

The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to helping children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community.
As a Driver, you will operate CFCE vehicles, to include a 38-foot medical mobile unit if and when needed. Assist with preparations and ongoing maintenance of company vehicles such as; ensuring overall cleanliness before, during, and after visits; performing equipment checks; maintaining inventory supplies; and performing other duties required to vehicle’s readiness to operate with or without participant encounters.

Some of the Functions Include:
- Ensure agency vehicles are neat, clean, and receive regular maintenance according to the service schedules
- Update and maintain vehicle mileage and maintenance logs on a daily basis
- Submission of gas receipts within 24 hours of purchase of gas
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma
- Access to a well-maintained vehicle, valid auto insurance, clean driving record and a current and valid FL Driver’s License.
- Have the mobility to interact with patient
- Experience driving throughout Miami Dade County
Skills Needed:
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, managers, and the public
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Knowledge of local area
- Ability to lift/pull/push/carry up to 60 pounds
- Maintain clean driving record
