Work with Sidewalk-Crews as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service. Redbox+ Dumpsters of Lehigh Valley is currently hiring for a Hooklift Roll-Off Driver in the Easton area.

We are looking for friendly, respectful, timely, self-motivated, and safe Drivers.

Redbox+ of Lehigh Valley is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market.

Redbox+ is a boutique company - small, family owned and exists to offer exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, respectful, timely and safe driver to join our team.

The best fit for this role will happily maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped Ford Hooklift roll-off truck, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am – 4:00 pm; must be available 1 Saturday per month

Duties:
  • Deliver Roll-Off Containers to customer job-sites safely
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
  • Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain relationships with project managers
  • Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
  • Empty containers at disposal sites
  • Tarp containers during transport
Skills:
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time delivery & pick-up
  • Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
  • Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
  • Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary
  • Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public
Qualifications 
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
  • Excellent driving record
  • Valid/Current Driver's License
  • Pass a background check
  • Pass drug tests before and during employment
  • Legally able to work in the US
  • Familiarity of the greater area of Lehigh Valley
