Primary Responsibilities: Safely operate CDL assigned tractor and trailer combination Maintain safe driving record and follow all safety guidelines for operating and loading equipment including the use of proper PPE at all times. Maintain written and electronic DOT log book to be 100% in compliance. Take digital pictures of all equipment prior to delivery. Safely load and unload equipment onto assigned vehicle. Obtain customer signature on rental contract and damage inspection sheet at time of delivery on >80% of deliveries. Provide familiarization overview of equipment to customer upon delivery. Inspect equipment for customer damage and safe operation before loading from customer location. Job Accountabilities: · Educate the clients on expectations and plan on move day to ensure 110% satisfaction. · Safely operate trucks at all times. Make sure daily truck inspections are completed. Have proper safety equipment on the truck. · Ensure the truck is properly stocked with marketing materials. · Ensure all move paperwork is completed accurately. · Maintain a fun environment for crew, while still abiding by safety requirements. · Use the company’s app and upload photos before, during, and after a job as necessary. · Build leaders by coaching wingmen on proper wrapping, move techniques, and customer service skills. · Sell move supplies as necessary to maintain the protection of clients’ materials. · Ensure daily marketing procedures are conducted after each job and in between jobs. · Check tools to make sure each crew has the proper tools before heading out. · Increase move revenue and profitability by selling supplies, valuation, and add-on junk during move jobs. · Train and hold wingmen accountable for dress code, customer service, proper move techniques and safety. Expectations: Provide friendly, positive and stress-free moving or hauling experience to all customers. Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Lead by example. Always be branding, the uniform is black shoes and black pants (not jeans or athletic pants). This job is physically demanding, you will be moving items for both commercial and residential clients. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 21 + to drive. Valid/Active Driver's License required. Must be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks. Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking. Eligible to work in the United States. Previous experience in driving, general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
