- Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other designated locations.
- Ensure the bus is maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with students, parents, and staff.
- Support co-teachers in planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.
- Supervise students to ensure a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
- Assist with activities and encourage creative and critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior.
- Promote Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum and foster a love for learning.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive and supportive work environment.
