Overall Job Summary The Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market while meeting delivery and quality standards. The Delivery Specialist will deliver Legendary Customer Experience through building trusted relationships, offering seasoned advice, ensuring safe delivery of the product, resolving problems and handling product returns as required. Responsible for the transportation of equipment to and from all job sites. Delivers materials to customers in a manner that will optimize and improve efficiency and result in outstanding customer service. Transports and delivers equipment and/or products to customers by applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads in the area.
