Insures proper temperatures of hot and cold foods maintained throughout the entire distribution period. Transports prepared foods and supplies to drop off points, congregate nutrition sites and homebound clients. Trains volunteers on loading vans and delivering food. Assists with monitoring volunteer workers during delivery; reports concerns to supervisor. Follows dress and sanitation codes. Reports any client related occurrences, incidents or concerns to appropriate Agency staff immediately; logs information reported on driver log; completes Agency incident report if applicable. Completes Agency Vehicle Pre and Post Trip Inspection Form daily; informs Operations Leader of any concerns with vehicle maintenance or interior/exterior of vehicle.
