Here’s what you’d do: Landscape Truck Driver will be responsible for providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties. This role is responsible for safely operating commercial grade landscaping equipment and ensuring the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements. You’d be responsible for: Prepare Landscape Trucks for the day including: Load gas cans, mowers, and other equipment onto trucks/trailers. Secure all equipment onto trucks/trailers. Maintain and correctly use issued personal protective equipment. Safely operate vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws. Perform maintenance on industrial, commercial, or public properties including: Safely operate equipment with all necessary personal protective equipment Mow turf using various mowers. Edge grass at curbs and walkways. Blow leaves and clippings. Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris. Pull weeds as needed. Clean site and watch for trash, limbs, and rocks. Plantings and Flower Installation: Prep soil uniformly for flower or groundcover installation. Plant material properly considering depth, size, placement, and spacing. Apply mulch appropriately for type of material. Water material correctly. Edge beds or establish new bed edges. Perform maintenance on equipment: Unload equipment from BrightView trucks/trailers. Safely perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, large containers of mulch/plant material, assorted sizes of lawnmowers, etc. Safely operate hand and power equipment, including but not limited to manual and powered sawing and cutting equipment. Leverage 80 lbs. of a walk behind mower over curbs. Be able to lift, push, or carry 50 pounds (mulch, fertilizer, etc.). Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day. Bending/kneeling up to 9 hours or more per day. Lift branches and limbs. Push, pull, grip, and squeeze various tools, products and/or items (e.g., pruning). Walk up to 10 miles a day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials, or debris. Spray various pesticides/herbicides. Use hand saw. You might be a good fit if you have: Valid Driver’s license. Some experience in lawncare helpful. Must be able to operate various lawn care machinery including mowers, edgers, backpack blowers. Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred, but not required. Position Title: Mobile Coach Driver Department: BHN-Mobile Job Description: General Description: Operates and drives Class B mammography coach that travels to locations statewide and requires overnight stays out of town one to six days per week. Additionally, must be available on call to cover team, as necessary. Responsible for registering, directing patients, and for patient safety. CDL Drivers are responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the mobile mammography coach in accordance with State, City, and Mobile Team Driver Safety Policies and cell phone safety usage policies. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position. Requires overnight travel - up to six days per week. Must be available on call to cover team to meet ever changing demands of a statewide mobile program. Books lodging reservations for statewide travel. Submits weekly expenses to finance department. Verifies directions to location and confirms travel schedule. Arrives at mobile coach parking site, disconnects from shore power, stores heavy power cable in underneath compartment and secures. Starts generator and readies coach for travel. Completes “walk around” inspection prior to travel. Checks engine oil, transmission, power steering, radiator, windshield washer fluid, wheel lug nuts, tires, generator oil and coolant, lights, horn, wipers, observes if any fluid leaks are evident under or around the vehicle and generator and leveling system. Monitors engine sounds, generator rpms, air bags, breaks, etc. during travel. Reports potentially unsafe conditions. Contacts next day location to verify parking and details. Confirms safe travel during tornadic weather, severe weather, winter ice, snow or strong wind advisory with mobile program director. Applies salt to steps and surrounding area for safe entry of patient as necessary. Assists patient into and out of the coach. Reviews patient registration for accuracy, ensures all appropriate paperwork and copies are present. Demonstrates knowledge of related terminology associated with mammography. Calls office to verify date of last screening on “walk in” patients. Completes forms and maintains records, accession sheets, and reports of work performed. Secures patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicates with mobile office for any changes to the days schedule. Closes down the coach, secures radiologic equipment for travel, disengages entry step and leveling system, and drives to next location. Responsible for scheduling routine preventive maintenance for vehicle engine and generator Inspects onboard fire extinguishers and ensures yearly professional inspection. Responsible for deep cleaning of coach and maintaining a clean work environment during the work week. Replaces road lights and interior lighting. Problem solves and coordinates with mobile program director during mechanical issues. Interfaces with mechanics concerning mechanical problems and solutions and maintains vendor relationships. Responsible for calling tow truck and waiting for repairs. Delivers and picks up coach for required maintenance and repairs. Responsible for keeping the coach stocked with supplies. Responsible for delivering paperwork and laptop images to the fixed site at the end of the workweek. Delivers coach to parking, disengages generator, removes power cable from storage compartment, plugs in to shore power, performs visual walk around and fluid inspections, and secures coach. General Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. One year certificate from college or technical school preferred. Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in Class B truck driving required Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Class B Commercial Drives License, and clean driving record. We are looking for a professional Commercial Truck Driver with a Class A license to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and professionally transport and deliver hazardous and non-hazardous materials in a safe, compliant, timely and courteous manner.
  • Act as liaison between internal and external customers to provide Stellar Service and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive Company image to the public; wear the Composites One uniform with pride.
  • Understand and comply with applicable DOT, EPA, OSHA and specific HSE requirements, including the Driver Manual. Actively participate in and support Company safety culture.
  • Maintain and operate Composites One equipment in a fiscally responsible and compliant manner.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 25 years of age

  • A minimum of 3 years related experience in the operation of tractor/trailer equipment

  • Current Class A CDL driver's license with the following endorsements: general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicle

  • Knowledge and understanding of OSHA requirements, safety awareness and hazardous material shipping

  • Ability to pass all of the DOT driver qualification standards

  • No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years, including NEVER being convicted of the following: reckless/careless driving, driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident, excessive speeding 20 MPH or more over the posted limits

  • Ability to learn internal database and software systems; proficient with near-miss and MSDS, UPS, FedEx and dedicated Logistics systems

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent

  • Travel: As assigned

Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

Experience with transporting hazardous material

Physical Requirements as a CDL Driver:

  • Ability to independently lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire length of shift; regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or crawl; may be required to sometimes sit, climb, or balance
  • Ability to reach, grasp, push and pull with hands and arms
  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus; hand-eye coordination
  • May be exposed to a wide range of temperatures
  • The noise level is moderate to loud
