Weekly Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, start and end times vary day to day. Some days this position will report out of our domicile location in Hyde Park, and other days will report to our main facility in Hudson. 

Pay for this position starts at $18 - $21 per hour. Opportunities to earn annual performance-based raises available!

  • $25/hr with Class A permit once enrolled in the Training Program! 
  • $28/hr upon receiving Class A license!

Additional rapid pay increases available based on time spent with the company!

You must be able to comfortably lift and maneuver cases that range from 1lb – 80lbs.  No experience required. You just need the drive to drive!

Training will include everything needed to pass a Class A road test. You will learn and become familiar with the back of a box truck and CDL A truck, the products we carry, different ways to safely deliver products using a hand cart and ramp, and get to know our customers, as well as our awesome team!

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Physically unloads heavy product (cases weigh up to 80lbs) from the truck at customer locations using a hand truck and ramps.
  • Navigates various surfaces, inclines, steps, and stairs, while delivering product to the appropriate location (dry, cooler, frozen) at the customer’s place of business.
  • Interacts in a professional manner with customers, attempting to resolve concerns as they arise.
  • Receives cash from customers when necessary and handles cash in accordance with company policy.
  • In accordance with Ginsberg’s Foods policy and procedures, conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tractor and trailer.
