Exercise Science Jobs 2026 (Now Hiring) – Smart Auto Apply

A pioneering life sciences company developing cutting-edge oncology and surgical guidance therapies is seeking a Construction Manager Life Science in Bonita Springs, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead major facility expansions, starting with high-intensity buildouts and fit-outs before moving into ground-up construction, land development, and future clinical, laboratory, and operational sites across the country.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager Life Science position include:

• 7+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning, design, permitting, inspections, and occupancy through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage ground-up construction, multi-phase projects, fit-outs, zoning, permitting, feasibility, and site acquisition support.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, internal stakeholders, and construction teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk registers, change orders, cost controls, contractor performance, and deliverables.
• Support life science, healthcare, laboratory, cleanroom, hot cell, radiation protection, GMP, or healthcare compliance environments.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and operational requirements are met.
• Use project management and scheduling software such as Procore and MS Project while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
