The candidate will assist in planning and executing military exercises, ensuring compliance with directives, and providing critical analytical support to operational planning efforts. Key Responsibilities: •Provide conference and meeting support, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event activities. •Assist in reviewing and updating policies, directives, and orders governing military exercises. •Support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process in coordination with the Capabilities Assessment between LF/MCICOM and CD&I. •Plan and coordinate State Funeral exercises in partnership with Marine Corps National Capital Region Command (MCNCRC). •Provide analytical support at the MARFORCOM Force Sync Conference by capturing MCICOM requirements and coordinating sourcing solutions. •Support deployment and redeployment planning for MCICOM forces involved in National Special Security Events and other operational requirements. •Assist in Global Force Management planning, including reviewing the Force Management Tool and staffing MCBUL 3120. Required and Desired Skills Four to ten years of experience supporting similar tasks and, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree Prior military experience or experience supporting DoD exercises. Familiarity with Marine Corps operational planning and exercise execution. Experience working with National Special Security Events or similar high-profile operational activities. $80,000 - $85,000 a year At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Position: Group Exercise Instructor Overview The Group Exercise Instructor will lead members, in a group environment, through a prearranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance, while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised. Pre-class Preparation: Arrive at class location 10 to 15 minutes ahead of scheduled start time to be available to interact with members, answer questions, inquire about their fitness progress, introduce and orient new participants. During Class Responsibilities: Introduce yourself and the format of the class. Continually monitor participants to ensure all participants are using correct form. Offer variations of the routine to accommodate all fitness levels. Group Exercise Instructor The Group Exercise Instructor will lead members, in a group environment, through a pre-arranged format of exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance, while ensuring that the safety of the members is not compromised. Major Responsibilities: Pre-class Preparation: Arrive at class location 10 to 15 minutes ahead of scheduled start time to be available to interact with members, answer questions, inquire about their fitness progress, introduce and orient new participants. Group Exercise Instructors should know their participants on an individual basis and have a good sense of their fitness capabilities. Clothing should be appropriate fitness attire. Job Description

Significance seeks an Exercise Planner (Journeyman) to support MCICOM and Marine Forces Commands (MARFORNORTH and MARFORPAC) in exercise planning, force deployment coordination, and operational support for Combatant Commanders and Joint Forces Headquarters. The candidate will assist in planning and executing military exercises, ensuring compliance with directives, and providing critical analytical support to operational planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide conference and meeting support, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event activities.
•Assist in reviewing and updating policies, directives, and orders governing military exercises.
•Support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process in coordination with the Capabilities Assessment between LF/MCICOM and CD&I.
•Plan and coordinate State Funeral exercises in partnership with Marine Corps National Capital Region Command (MCNCRC).
•Provide analytical support at the MARFORCOM Force Sync Conference by capturing MCICOM requirements and coordinating sourcing solutions.
•Support deployment and redeployment planning for MCICOM forces involved in National Special Security Events and other operational requirements.
•Assist in Global Force Management planning, including reviewing the Force Management Tool and staffing MCBUL 3120.

Required and Desired Skills

    • Four to ten years of experience supporting similar tasks and, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree 
    • Prior military experience or experience supporting DoD exercises.
    • Familiarity with Marine Corps operational planning and exercise execution.
    • Experience working with National Special Security Events or similar high-profile operational activities.
$80,000 - $85,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
