Bethany School seeks an Homeroom Teacher (3rd & 4th Science and Math). Successful candidates are culturally competent, responsible, caring, and enthusiastic people who possess content area and pedagogical knowledge in English language arts, math, science, and social studies, as well as in ways these areas intersect with other content areas such as art and music. Successful candidates will also demonstrate understanding of the developmental characteristics of children in the elementary grade levels (3rd & 4th) and will have had positive experiences working with students in these grade levels. Prior experience implementing a social emotional learning curriculum is a preferred qualification. Compensation includes salary and benefits commensurate with education and experience.
