They do business in more than 90 countries.   POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Data Science Architect (Digital Marketing) who will work as a team member of the Global Digital Services team to lead, execute, and establish the data, analytics, and customer integration platforms that empower the marketing function to engage with, gain holistic insights into, and perform analysis related to customer perception, preferences, and behavior, to drive marketing qualified leads, and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will be adept at linking traditional (structured data) as well as new (unstructured) data types related to audiences and customers and establishing the customer data integration framework. The candidate must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms. They must have a proven ability to articulate potential business results with their databased analysis, dashboards and insights; and must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. This person must have strong technical, functional, project management, and communication skills.   KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Understand and drive organizational change management to enable user adoption. Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. This would also involve tagging, aggregating, segmenting, trending the data to transform it into reports and dashboards. Establish the customer data integration framework / unifying customer data from different structured and unstructured sources using the tools provided by Salesforce/Adobe/Snowflake and the likes Structured: CRM, online registrations, email campaigns, B2B, other lists Unstructured: social media, consumer reviews/blogs, forums, user behavior etc. Develop data models and AI and ML algorithms to apply to data sets. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, effective lead generation and other business outcomes. Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality. Collaboration with vendors, system integrators, on-shore/off-shore partners, etc. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models, monitor outcomes, and develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams. Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Adobe Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. Prepare for classes assigned, and show written evidence of preparation upon request of the Principal at the local school. 6. Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, board policy, and administrative regulation. 7. Evaluate student progress on a regular basis and in accordance with the system's established procedures. 8. Seek assistance of specialists as needed and make referrals when appropriate. 9. Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students and to safeguard all equipment, materials, and facilities. 10. Make reasonable provision for being available to students and parents for education related purposes outside the instructional day. Procedures for such conferences will be mutually agreed upon by faculty and administration. 11. Work with other staff members in planning school activities, instructional goals, objectives, and methods. 12. Assist in the selection of books, equipment, and other instructional materials. 13. All teachers participate in extracurricular activities as mutually agreed upon by faculty and administration. 14. Attend and participate regularly in faculty meetings. 15. This experience is designed for someone with a desire to impact youth through expanding their knowledge on coding concepts, technology, STEM, and app development!

Key Objectives

Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee is in search of Computer Science Interns (CSI) to join the Code Academy team in Davidson County. Work alongside students at Code Academy to teach coding concepts and app design. Fall Code Academy coding clubs run from the end of September-November. Training provided on conducting sessions, curriculums, and effective teaching skills. Identify a need within the program and develop an internship project as a solution or collaborate on a current project.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 to 2 years of experience working with children and/or youth

• Interest in or understanding of coding concepts and app design

• Knowledge of computers, applications, and basic knowledge of virtual platforms such as Zoom & Teams

• Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment

• Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:
