Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your ISR expertise to plan, program, execute, and report JOPES-compliant events.

  • Develop, document, and orchestrate ISR-related exercise events aligned with Joint, Air Force, and Intelligence Community standards.

  • Collaborate with host base and command planners for MSEL development and participant support (e.g., billeting, security, badging, IT accounts).

  • Instruct and debrief ISR exercise participants, analyze readiness, and report exercise outcomes and lessons learned.

  • Plan and coordinate weapon system and ISR resources, manage equipment mobility plans, and ensure objectives are met.

  • Maintain and update NIPR/SIPR/JWICS Plans and Programs on SharePoint portals.

  • Develop Continuity of Operations Plans, operational concepts, and tactics for ISR exercises.

  • Communicate complex ISR exercise aspects to senior leaders and action officers and mentor participants.

Note: This is a contingent job posting for future openings within the program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of ISR experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of ISR experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).

  • Expertise: Contingency operations and exercise planning experience.

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
