About the Opportunity We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the client experience and revenue growth at our luxury Medical Spa in Carmel, Indiana. This is a leadership position where you will oversee sales performance, motivate front desk and client coordinators, and personally close high-value treatment packages and skincare product sales.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily sales operations at the Carmel spa location

  • Sell treatment packages and medical-grade skincare products

  • Guide and coach front desk staff to improve conversions and client service

  • Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat visits and referrals

  • Collaborate with the clinical and aesthetics team to align sales with treatment plans

  • Track KPIs and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

What We're Looking For
