RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned Provide technical support to all aspects of data center operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 data center operation to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs. Assist in all site construction activity and installations, in coordination with QTS Development Team, external construction resources, to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation. Supports for all local customer installations, in coordination with Sales Engineering, Design & Construction and Colocation Operations to coordinate site technical solutions and drawings for customer move-ins and turn-ups, including deployments and power circuit installations. Supports implementation and audit local standard operating procedures in conjunction with our Corporate Audit teams. Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives as may be required by QTS. Maintain compliance with local health & safety (i.e. OSHA) standards and national electrical and building codes. Interfaces with vendors, QTS Engineering, QTS Development and peer operations organizations. Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process. Participates in the technical review and input on plans for all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility; ensures these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems. Uses the Change Management Process to get approval for preventative and corrective maintenance. Commences & completes the maintenance along with the necessary documentation using the QTS process and software. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent Ability to travel 15-20% HVAC or critical power certifications or equivalent professional experience Ability to travel to other Data Center locations as required. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: Develops contracting strategies to establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and ensure service, commercial terms, and strategy optimization. Leads the development and implementation of regional/local sourcing strategies, decision summaries based on sourcing event and negotiations outcomes. Leads bid package process from development through purchase order execution and aligns stakeholder and Supply Chain requirements, scope of work, assumptions and clarifications. Gives postural drainage, vibration, percussion to ensure proper drainage of bronchial secretions by use of manual or mechanical percussion; check orders and X-rays for segments to be treated prior to initiating treatment; auscultation prior to and after procedure to note presence of clearance of secretions and response to therapy. Instructs patients and families in incentive spirometer, metered dose inhaler (MDI) administration, postural drainage and clapping, oxygen therapy, ventilator care and home aerosol therapy. Procurement of sputum for culture and sensitivity or airway clearance either by patient coaching, administration of mucolytics, aerosol therapy or endotracheal / nasopharyngeal suctioning. Evaluates normal and pathologic blood and urine laboratory value ranges. Performs arterial punctures and analysis; has an in-depth knowledge of analysis and arterial blood gas (ABG) interpretation. Performs arterial line procedures, takes safety precautions, sterile procedure, flushing, and ABG aspirations. Role Responsibilities:

BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIP

  • Drives financial performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the center
  • Effectively analyzes and reconciles monthly P&L statements; creates action plans based on past performance and forecasted occupancy
  • Hires outstanding talent and ensures center is fully staffed with high performing teachers
  • Effectively manages labor; Approves all final work schedules to ensure appropriate ratios are always intact
  • Forecasts future enrollment based on annual graduation
  • Processes payroll, ensuring the accuracy of timekeeping systems
  • Manages center inventory- office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.
  • Manages all vendor relationships- organizes facilities maintenance and technology support
  • Ensures parent billings, account receivables and collections are accurate and precise
  • Conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a direction

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Executes marketing brand campaigns within the center and implements local marketing activities.
  • Oversees Work and Family program- building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses)
  • Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retention
  • Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment.
  • Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers
  • Has a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community
  • Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database
  • Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systems
  • Responsible for communications to families (i.e. billing, newsletters)
  • Plans and manages budget for "parent pleasers"

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in management - cross-industry experience is welcome
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
  • Career Pathways Level 3 required
