Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Performing daily rounds and documenting equipment status
- Tackling mechanical delays and executing repairs across the mill
- Driving down maintenance costs through smart, proactive work
- Scanning and tracking all parts used from inventory during your shift
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX)
- Advancing through our Skill-Based Pay Curriculum to grow your career
- Maximizing wrench time and work effectiveness with strong competencies
What You Bring
We're looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Preferred: Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Journeyman Millwright/Machine Repairman card
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills: Power Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
- Positive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and quality
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
- Must pass a mechanical assessment test
