Job Description
- Competitive starting pay at $17.00 per hour
- Monday-Friday schedule 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and conveyor systems according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, process instructions, and work orders.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with additional production and assembly projects as assigned.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools required.
- Experience reading blueprints or assembly drawings preferred.
- Quality inspection or measurement experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to accurately measure components and follow specifications.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Experience using calipers, gauges, micrometers, or other measuring tools is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
