Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Communication: Maintain consistent communication and daily engagement with FoxTrot's top 20 revenue-generating customers. Schedule and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with each key client, ensuring actionable outcomes and documented follow-through. Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, anticipating needs, and proactively addressing concerns. Successful KPI build relationship with one to two levels above POC and below as well Contract Oversight & Negotiation: Creating proposals for prospective clients Assisting operations personnel with pricing Lead the renegotiation and resigning of client contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders. Upload new contracts in to contract management software and track when the contract is coming for renewal. Then start process for resigning at least 6 months prior to contract expiring Ensure all contracts are current, properly executed, and aligned with operational capabilities and financial goals. Run WBS financial models to ensure pricing is adequate for the resigning - ensure at least a COL increase (~3%) Site Oversight & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to assess operational effectiveness, profitability, and service compliance. Perform quality audits based on contractual statements of work (SOWs), with follow-up on corrective actions where needed. Partner with operations teams to support sustainable staffing, efficient workflows, and customer satisfaction. Work with Regional Managers and Directors on any issues the locations are having or struggling with being the mediator between client and operations. Operational Documentation & Compliance: Manage the bi-annual update of Operational Manuals to reflect current practices, expansions, or modifications. Collaborate with management to ensure internal processes meet company standards and align with contractual expectations. Corporate Representation & Business Development: Attend and represent FoxTrot at trade shows, conferences, and corporate-sponsored events (e.g., hospitality, sporting events). Develop new business opportunities through relationship expansion and cross-vertical selling. Organize and host client entertainment in coordination with ownership, including golf outings and industry mixers. Maintain and manage FoxTrot giveaways and client boxes (swag store) Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development, preferably in aviation, facilities, or service-based industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset and high attention to detail. We must be comfortable with travel (2-3 nights per week) and working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Golfing experience required; must maintain a valid USGA GHIN handicap of 15.0 or lower. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and presentation tools. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
