PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Cook II is responsible for assisting the sous chef and Cook III with preparation and presentation of daily menus, restocking, and serving selections at stations where lines develop during peak hours.

  • Keep service lines clean, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are well-stocked and appropriately garnished
