The ideal candidate brings deep retail experience, a track record of building and scaling retail partnerships and a passion for delivering omnichannel brand experiences across channels.

How You'll Help Us Win:

Retail Channel Strategy & Leadership

· Develop & execute Traeger & Meater’s long range retail channel growth strategy across US and Canada. Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and promotions.

· Drive retail marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, product visibility and sell through across retail partners across in store and online assets. Build & maintain strong partnerships with key retailers including Amazon (a must), Hardware (Home Depot, Ace), Walmart and leading regional chains.

· Lead, mentor & develop a team (5+ employees) of retail marketing managers across retail accounts and visual merchandising, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation & accountability.

· Partner cross functionally with sales, brand marketing & creative, operations, finance to ensure alignment on priorities, budget & launches.

Omnichannel Leadership, Insights & Performance Management

· Drive integration across retail media networks (RMNs), retailer online channel and in store merchandising to create seamless omnichannel shopping journeys.

· Collaborate externally with retailer marketing and merchandising teams to secure co-marketing opportunities, drive category growth and brand presence.

· Leverage shopper data, retail insights and analytics to drive strategy and improve retail effectiveness.

· Develop quarterly & annual marketing plans tied to clear performance KPIs and ROI targets, optimizing investments based on performance and goals. Build out a scorecard & check in system to monitor & report on retail performance.

What You Need To Win:

· 12+ years of experience in retail, channel marketing, CPG with 5+ years in a leadership role.

· Strong background in driving success with existing partners, managing launches and optimizing investments for growth

· Expertise in owning/managing a marketing budget, partner negotiations and optimizing spends for measurable impact, specifically retail media networks.

· Experience leading fixture/display programs for retailers.
