Position Overview:
Title: General Manager

As a General Manager, you’ll take the lead in running a high-performing restaurant, driving results, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll operate with a business-owner mindset, focusing on growth, profitability, and team development.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for foodservice and a drive for success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ year of foodservice management experience as a General Manager.
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience with inventory management, cost controls, and cash handling.
- Willingness to handle all aspects of interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
- A business-focused approach to operations and decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations at a high level.
- Drive performance and engagement of the management team and team members.
- Implement effective training programs to develop staff.
- Oversee local store marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Work toward achieving sales and profit goals.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.
- Operate the restaurant with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
