Essential Duties and Responsibilities Payroll Management Process payroll across multiple entities and systems (including PEOs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Oversee coordination of international and EOR payroll in partnership with Finance to ensure timely, accurate payments to global employees. Enter salary and new hire data; set up direct deposits, W-4s, benefit deductions, and PTO accruals. Maintain and update garnishments, including child support, liens, and other court-ordered deductions. Review and verify payroll data, collaborating with HR on corrections and adjustments prior to final payroll submission. Audit payroll records regularly to ensure compliance. Maintain and oversee time and attendance systems (Rippling, TriNet) for all portfolio companies.
