THE JOB

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking an ancillary crew member to assist with customer service, lawn chair rentals, and ancillary sales including cash to card services. This role part-time seasonal, with work primarily on show days.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Greet patrons and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue
  • Sell, distribute, collect and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue
  • Assist patrons with cash to card conversions
  • Safe handling and monitoring of patron items with locker rentals
  • Upsell patrons with additional items offered at the venue
  • Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables and tents as needed.
  • Participate in post-show clean up

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a customer service role
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of patrons on event days
  • Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions, lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
