The Pharmacy Fulfillment Agents will be primarily responsible for fulfilling online orders at the pharmacy for both the retail and delivery side of the operation. Responsibilities include: Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products for online orders while following all department policies and procedures Monitor stock room inventory and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and current medical cannabis regulations in the state Properly submit tickets and order issues in a timely manner, following company SOPs.
