Assist manager and cultivation team with all aspects of the harvest process including; Harvest/ takedown Debone and sort Perform trimming of dried plants, ensuring trimmed leaf, trimmed flower and stems or other waste are separated and per harvest batch to be weighted and reported properly. Continuously meet or exceed company Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that are established by the Post-Production Manager. Job Details:
• weekly 34-hour reset (weekends not guaranteed home)
• run 2,000+ miles per week depending on HOS
• Average $1200 gross per week.
•  100% no-touch freight, 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
**Safety bonuses .03CPM
