CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • 10 years of supervisory experience,
  • A clean driving record (able to pass DMV Check)
  • Prior Military or Law Enforcement Experience (preffered)
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
  • Customer service experience is a plus
