Admissions Attendants are an intrinsic part of positive ticket sale interactions including sharing valuable information with guests, setting the tone for the WONDERful experiences they have in store for them inside the attraction!


Responsibilities:
  • Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction
  • Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service
  • Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system (POS system) including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment
  • Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable
  • Answer phones and redirect calls in a courteous, professional manner to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to WonderWorks standards
  • Follow the checklist for required duties and timelines
  • Address and manage all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts; if unable to appropriately resolve, refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty
