Develop, configure, and maintain MES systems to support production execution, data tracking, and integration with ERP, PLC/SCADA automation, and quality/lab systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES issues, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for plant personnel. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive enhancements in process capability (Cpk), OEE, quality, cost, delivery, and safety. Lead project teams across manufacturing engineering, planning, procurement, quality, operations, and suppliers; use financial analysis to estimate labor savings and justify project costs. Implement lean production principles to improve material flow, support capacity growth and equipment installs, and partner with automation and test engineering teams to develop industrial automation systems and data standards.   • Understanding of Lead-to-Revenue operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices;
  • Analyzing detailed Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities; and,
  • Understanding and experience with core finance system implementation and optimization, finance strategy and transformation, shared services and outsourcing, case development, preparation of Lead to Revenue functions.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
