The Utility Operator is responsible for general packaging and other basic production duties as assigned. May be required to operate other production equipment as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

What will be your key responsibilities?

Conducting basic manufacturing activities to support the production and packaging of Greenies and Pill Pockets. This includes but not limited to the following activities:

  • Moving product from one area to another
  • Feeding bags into the product line
  • Conducting inventory and other administrative duties as required
  • Demonstrate a food safety quality culture in actions, words and spirit.
  • Conducting and managing inventory and other administrative duties as required
  • Assisting with basic preventative maintenance work as assigned (CIL's)
  • Wearing the required Mars uniform and PPE.
  • Conduct sanitation activities as required
  • Perform quality checks

Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a positive attitude. Must be reliable, conscientious, punctual, and have a good work ethic. No previous manufacturing experience is required but must have the mechanical aptitude to succeed.
