Process Piping Estimator

Our client is seeking an experienced Process Piping Estimator to join their growing team supporting industrial and process piping projects. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project specifications and drawings, and supporting preconstruction efforts for a wide range of industrial projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for process piping and industrial construction projects

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents

• Perform quantity takeoffs and labor/material analysis

• Solicit and review vendor and subcontractor pricing

• Coordinate with project managers, operations teams, engineers, and field personnel

• Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and conceptual estimating

• Participate in preconstruction meetings and bid reviews

• Maintain accurate estimate documentation and project records

Qualifications

• Experience estimating Process Piping or Industrial Piping projects required

• Strong understanding of:

  • Industrial construction

  • Process piping systems

  • Mechanical piping systems

  • Construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret:

  • P&IDs

  • Isometric drawings

  • Construction drawings

  • Specifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Field experience or project management experience is a strong plus
