Responsibilities: Ensure that all activities within the retail construction project are completed on time, within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction. Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources. Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations. Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendents to plan and direct activities while facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished. As the master relationship builder, use your abilities to influence and hold accountable, all team members in order to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a hybrid Project Manager position requiring ability to commute to our office as needed, as well as occasional national travel to support job sites and foster client relationships. Our services include remodels, tenant improvements, refreshes, retail channel installations, programmatic maintenance, and store fixture installations.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities within the retail construction project are completed on time, within budget, with 100% customer satisfaction.
- Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
- Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
- Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications
- Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendents to plan and direct activities while facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished.
- As the master relationship builder, use your abilities to influence and hold accountable, all team members in order to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a hybrid Project Manager position requiring ability to commute to our office as needed, as well as occasional national travel to support job sites and foster client relationships.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years project management experience and 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Superb organizational skills with demonstrated abilities to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adaptability to reach diverse team members
- Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes are “the norm”
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Must be customer focused, a problem solver. and solution-oriented
- Personal effectiveness with integrity and accountability
