We work closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical efficiency. We are looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals to join our team as Medical Device Sales Consultants.

Position Summary:
This field-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants a career in medical sales. As a Medical Device Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for calling on clinics and physician offices, promoting our portfolio of devices and biologics, and growing your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call on wound care, urology, gynecology, and oncology practices

  • Build and maintain relationships with providers, clinical staff, and decision-makers

  • Schedule and conduct lunch-and-learn presentations and product demonstrations

  • Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, benefits, and indications

  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory

  • Track activities, progress, and follow-ups using our CRM system

  • Attend weekly training sessions and contribute to team meetings

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary

  • Uncapped monthly commission based on individual performance
