Job Summary: The Exhibit Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the OGX Productions' immersive and interactive experience. This role requires a strong background in technical theater, AV systems, automation, lighting, sound, and other show technologies. The manager will lead a technical team, collaborating closely with creative, design, and production departments to ensure the seamless execution of shows. This is a hands-on position that involves both management and direct involvement with the technical setup, operation, and troubleshooting of shows. Responsibilities: Technical Oversight: Manage all show technical services, including AV systems, lighting, sound, special effects, rigging, automation, and projection for OGX experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, designers, and production staff to understand the technical needs of each show and provide innovative solutions. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure the ongoing maintenance of technical systems, conducting diagnostics and resolving issues in real-time to avoid show disruptions. Summary: 

As a Production Worker, you will perform production tasks while maintaining a high production pace in all areas of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack product.
  • Inspect product for quality, grade and sort by size.
  • Proper methods in all production areas.
  • Maintain proper par levels as instructed.
  • Communicate supply material levels.
  • Maintain plant safety.
  • Maintain and proper use of production equipment.
  • Keep work area clean at all times.
