  • Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment that work toward a common goal of loading, hauling and dumping

  • Safely built pioneer roads in native terrain

  • Load trucks safely and efficiently; set up dumps for optimal cycle times, striping and separating of organized materials for the loading units

  • Perform pre-trip inspections and complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
