General Overview: Organizers will be charged with recruiting, training, and working with a team of volunteers in their local communities to drive action for climate activism. Campaign Organizers will engage constituents around climate change, jobs, health care, and action opportunities in their communities. The Organizer will start by building and recruiting a team of supporters and volunteers around petitions. From there, Organizers will continue to engage volunteers through a series of campaign events and actions. At the end of the campaign, Organizers will debrief with volunteers and community contacts to share information for how to stay involved with climate action in their communities. What You’ll Do: Recruit and Train a Community of Volunteer Activists Call and text supporters and recruit them into grassroots actions.  Identify new volunteers by gathering petitions, non-partisan pledges to vote and on-campus recruitment efforts. Run grassroots skills trainings to develop effective campaigners among volunteers. Keep meticulous track of a volunteer list so that no potential volunteer falls through the cracks. Represent the campaign through participation in community spaces and events, while engaging and uplifting coalition and partner organizations. Generate Campaign Actions Gather over a thousand petitions on campus. Generate hundreds of additional actions targeting President Trump and his administration, with a particular focus on social media posts, phone calls, postcards, and photo petitions. Recruit and train volunteers to generate more petitions and volunteer engagement at events. Recruit and engage with faculty and professors on campus to build meaningful relationships while generating professor/faculty sign-ons. Organize Events on Campus Organize and execute in-person events demonstrating support for climate, jobs, and health care action and excitement around the upcoming election including educational events, trainings, rallies, and more. Educate students, faculty and others on campus about the historic climate investments and the urgency of continued actions. Nail 100% of all messaging and legal requirements and ensure that volunteers do the same. Manage Digital Campaign, Data Management, and Reporting Tools Demonstrate public support by recruiting volunteers to post on their own social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Use peer-to-peer texting services and relational organizing tools to communicate with community members. Send timely and compelling email campaigns to recruit activists to campaign activities. Position Overview: MST Expert
Are you a current MST Expert or an experienced MST Supervisor looking for your next professional challenge? Join MST Services and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to expanding the reach and impact of MST globally.

In this role, you’ll train and support provider organizations, stakeholders, supervisors, and clinicians across the U.S. and potentially internationally. You’ll help ensure the effective implementation of the MST model through training, consultation, and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Train and consult with MST provider agencies and teams across the U.S. and internationally

  • Deliver MST booster trainings and lead Network Partner Conference workshops

  • Participate in MST Services workgroups and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

  • Represent MST Services as a subject matter expert in the field

  • Ensure adherence to the MST model through consultation and evaluation


Qualifications

  • Must have experience as MST Expert (standard or adaptation) OR have 2+ years of experience as an MST Supervisor

  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or a related field (Doctorate preferred)

  • Strong clinical competence in family therapy, behavioral therapy, and child development

  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective presentations

  • Residency in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone strongly preferred.

  • Ability and willingness to travel 35–50% of the time
