As a logistics technician, this person will be an integral member of the technical interface team, supporting the on-site Customer, resolving issues arising from operations and / or maintenance activities. Coordinate the Life Cycle Sustainment Management by providing logistical support to the program. This includes scheduling shipments or pick-ups with functional departments and completing required documentation for CONUS and OCONUS shipments. Monitor and status material movement to include providing the proper documentation to complete property transfers to various entities. Coordinate and manage incoming material, assist with purchase requests, and address issues when a discrepancy occurs. Work effectively with key stakeholders and internal functional areas in taking direction, answering questions, and handling issues that need resolution. The candidate will ensure the most efficient and effective processes are utilized in handling customer material. Analyze demand history, and inventory related to operational requirements with all functional organizations, performing analyses, preparing reports to validate supply obligations, and monitoring expenditures. Proactive in planning, scheduling, and executing tasks required to support operational activities. Maintain a complete understanding and application of business principals, concepts, practices, and standards. Work with inventory management systems. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cataloging process and logistics terminology. Work with Microsoft software programs and systems. Identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to resolve. Provide training, as requested, to customer personnel. Candidate must have comprehensive logistics background / experience. Must be able to work with and interact with the customer as well as program engineers. The selected candidate must be able to work and communicate well, both orally and written, in a team environment as this position involves significant and continued interface with customer personnel at all levels. Manage and track multiple engineering and logistics support activities. The selected candidate must be willing to travel to and work in austere remote locations and accept assignment to locations for which selected, to support customer requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and receive applicable vaccinations, as well as pass an overseas physical. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located in a facility that requires special access. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Education is a strategic initiative for Implant Direct as we aim to democratize implantology through a comprehensive educational offering paired with an outstanding product portfolio. As the Clinical Education & Events Specialist, you will own the coordination and execution of our continuing education. You'll interface with doctors, our key experts as well as with internal teams to ensure that our programs are a success. You'll provide on-site support for our programs at our education hubs in Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale, and Chicago. You'll also occasionally support live surgery programs in various locations. This position reports to the Clinical Education Program Director. Coordination leading up to courses and events: Own the process to ensure product for hands on courses arrives to/from education events in a timely manner and all product is complete and in working order. Work with the education team and operations team in Thousand Oaks to execute the course (including product samples, models, literature, course related materials). Maintain supplies and inventory for all hands-on lectures in Las Vegas, Nevada and Fort Lauderdale, FL working with Thousand Oaks/Pomona facility to acquired product as needed. Gather and ship materials and products for all courses and process Inventory Material Request (IMR)/SAP forms when necessary. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Education course curriculums, course structures, itineraries, and scheduling. Negotiate with vendors for cost savings of course hands-on materials. Support with other miscellaneous education activities. Maintain professional communication with key experts and leaders in the field to ensure alignment for hands-on courses. Onsite support at courses and events: Attend Implant Direct education courses in Las Vegas and other core curriculum courses to act as on-site support for doctors, including managing the hands-on portion of the course. Prepare, distribute, and clean up the 'hands on' portion of the course to facilitate the doctor's learning. Set up and clean up for on-site events, including food and beverage ordering and audio-visual needs. Maintain course roster and ensure doctors have 'signed in' for CE credit. Distribute and collect course surveys at the end of the course. Provide customers with precise Education offering information and sell appropriate promotions at the course. Post event coordination: Distribute sales leads to field sales team based on doctors' situations and product needs Prepare and distribute certificates for Continuing Education (CE) credits and maintain Continuing Education (CE) records and files. Report attendees to AGD PACE where applicable. Ensure product for hands-on courses is returned to Implant Direct headquarters in Thousand Oaks (when applicable) and checked in appropriately. For courses in Las Vegas and/or Fort Lauderdale, ensure that product is properly cleaned and returned to storage for use at the next course. Job Requirements: REQUIRED: Associates degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of education 2+ years' experience in clinical education, event coordination, marketing, sales, or similar commercial experience. What You Will Be Doing

This position will work at location in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area.

As a logistics technician, this person will be an integral member of the technical interface team, supporting the on-site Customer, resolving issues arising from operations and / or maintenance activities. Coordinate the Life Cycle Sustainment Management by providing logistical support to the program. This includes scheduling shipments or pick-ups with functional departments and completing required documentation for CONUS and OCONUS shipments. Monitor and status material movement to include providing the proper documentation to complete property transfers to various entities. Coordinate and manage incoming material, assist with purchase requests, and address issues when a discrepancy occurs. Work effectively with key stakeholders and internal functional areas in taking direction, answering questions, and handling issues that need resolution.

The candidate will ensure the most efficient and effective processes are utilized in handling customer material. Analyze demand history, and inventory related to operational requirements with all functional organizations, performing analyses, preparing reports to validate supply obligations, and monitoring expenditures. Proactive in planning, scheduling, and executing tasks required to support operational activities. Maintain a complete understanding and application of business principals, concepts, practices, and standards. Work with inventory management systems. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cataloging process and logistics terminology. Work with Microsoft software programs and systems.

Identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to resolve. Provide training, as requested, to customer personnel. Candidate must have comprehensive logistics background / experience. Must be able to work with and interact with the customer as well as program engineers.

The selected candidate must be able to work and communicate well, both orally and written, in a team environment as this position involves significant and continued interface with customer personnel at all levels. Manage and track multiple engineering and logistics support activities.

The selected candidate must be willing to travel to and work in austere remote locations and accept assignment to locations for which selected, to support customer requirements.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and receive applicable vaccinations, as well as pass an overseas physical.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located in a facility that requires special access. In addition, the selected candidate will be subjected to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The candidate must agree to and successfully pass a polygraph examination.

A current Top Secret clearance is required.
