MoveDocs is seeking a Legal Representative to join our growing PreCare team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to deliver exceptional customer service to various parties within the medical and legal community. This position will function as the primary point of communication with our clients to coordinate complex medical procedures and evaluate requests in line with company underwriting standards. MoveDocs takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office. Essential Functions: Serve as the central contact between PreCare and assigned firms, engaging with professionalism and integrity. Proactively gather case and underwriting information and set communication cadences tailored to each firm. Facilitate updates on Procedure Requests and treatment during the underwriting process. Work with firms to confirm representation and collect underwriting information for Portfolio/Buyout operations. Collaborate with the PreCare team on efficient, firm‑specific workflows, and partner with Revenue and Business Development to strengthen relationships and resolve communication gaps. Focus on speeding communication so patients receive treatment quickly. Requirements High School or GED required 1-3 years of personal injury experience (paralegal, medical, or insurance adjuster) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Strong organization and communication skills with a focus on efficiency, excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities, and problem‑solving with innovative thinking Adaptable to different firms’ needs and able to represent PreCare professionally in all external communications Must be able to work in-office at our Las Vegas, NV office Benefits We offer competitive compensation and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, 401k with company match and paid time off.
