Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for the operational integrity of his/her assigned location and exceeding their assigned budget by generating profitable revenue growth through the development of new business, customer retention and product offering expansion to existing customer base. Role Overview

Reporting to the Boutique Manager the overall responsibility for the Sales Manager role is co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of retail boutique while providing for the growth and development of the sales team.
