THE ROLE Insomniac is seeking a Project Manager, Elevated Experiences to support the planning, organization, and execution of VIP across multiple festivals and events. This role reports directly to the Director of Elevated Experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing, ordering, delivery timelines, on-site placement, and returns. Oversee the accurate completion of Warehouse Pull Sheets to ensure inventory is prepped, pulled, and accounted for ahead of show. Own the All-Info document, ensuring all details are current, organized, and shared cross-departmentally. Oversee and maintain the department's Purchase Tracker, ensuring spend is logged, accurate, and aligned with budget expectations Assist with site advancing, including mapping needs, vendor coordination, signage plans, and on-site build requirements. Support credential advancing, including ticketing needs, access levels, and department credential summaries. Collaborate closely with VIP FOH/BOH managers, creative, logistics, and production teams to ensure all elements are aligned and delivered on schedule. Provide on-site managerial support during load-in, show days, and load-out, ensuring operational flow and guest experience standards are upheld. Help improve processes, workflows, and documentation to strengthen team organization and show-to-show consistency. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in project management for live events, hospitality, or experiential activations. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple shows at once. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot in high-pressure, fast-changing environments. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel. Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event schedules. Highly adaptable to change and adjustments of schedule. Review title reports for land acquisitions. Complete the due diligence checklist and due diligence memorandum for each land acquisition opportunity. Conduct market analysis and complete competitive market analysis worksheets and price per square footage graphing to set preliminary house pricing for each land acquisition opportunity. Prepare presentations to the Asset Management Committee for approval of land acquisitions. Address and resolve any Asset Management Committee concerns. Entitlement Manage entitlement process to obtain entitlement approvals for land acquisitions. Prepare and manage entitlement schedules for land acquisitions. Manage consultant and engineering teams to develop concept plans and entitle land for new residential communities. Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with officials and staff of municipalities and agencies with jurisdictional control over land acquisitions. Perform other duties as needed or assigned. What You Have: Experience in land acquisitions, planning, and development. In-depth knowledge of the Utah land market. Operational Performance & Best Business Practices Inspect shipments of scrap metal received via truck, rail car, or ship to ensure material meets specifications and is free from environmental hazards in accordance with scrap acceptance policy. Correctly identify and record inspection data such as weight, grade, content, and quantity of scrap metal. Notify operations and commercial supervisors of problems and assist in recommending remedial procedures to correct violations or issues encountered during inspection. Collaborate with commercial department concerning quality and consistency of customer deliveries. Direct the unloading of vehicles delivering scrap to ensure safe and orderly traffic flow within the facility. Provide backup or assistance throughout the yard as needed or assigned. Equipment & Maintenance Report all equipment deficiencies or malfunctions requiring maintenance or repair to the proper supervisor. Internal Control Responsibilities Supports the Company's Internal Control process which includes understanding, communicating, and complying with defined internal controls as well as suggesting and making modifications to the policies, procedures, and controls to better relate to the business. Communicates upward problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, or other policy violations or illegal actions. Interpersonal Contacts Direct contact with Stockpiling Supervisor, Shredder Operations Supervisor, or Terminal Operations Manager, operations production employees, and customers. Face-to-face and radio communication required daily. Job Conditions This position is regularly exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment, machinery, and scrap as would be found throughout the scrap yard. Safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and additional personal protective equipment as needed, must be worn to eliminate the risks associated with these hazards. Travel is not required for this position. Handling multiple issues regarding safety and maintenance increases pressure. Work load may be unpredictable and pressure can be substantial during peak times. Critical deadlines require considerable adaptability. Disturbances of work flow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. Extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends, weekdays, and holidays. THE ROLE

Insomniac is seeking a Project Manager, Elevated Experiences to support the planning, organization, and execution of VIP across multiple festivals and events. This role reports directly to the Director of Elevated Experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing, ordering, delivery timelines, on-site placement, and returns.
  • Oversee the accurate completion of Warehouse Pull Sheets to ensure inventory is prepped, pulled, and accounted for ahead of show.
  • Own the All-Info document, ensuring all details are current, organized, and shared cross-departmentally.
  • Oversee and maintain the department's Purchase Tracker, ensuring spend is logged, accurate, and aligned with budget expectations
  • Assist with site advancing, including mapping needs, vendor coordination, signage plans, and on-site build requirements.
  • Support credential advancing, including ticketing needs, access levels, and department credential summaries.
  • Collaborate closely with VIP FOH/BOH managers, creative, logistics, and production teams to ensure all elements are aligned and delivered on schedule.
  • Provide on-site managerial support during load-in, show days, and load-out, ensuring operational flow and guest experience standards are upheld.
  • Help improve processes, workflows, and documentation to strengthen team organization and show-to-show consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in project management for live events, hospitality, or experiential activations.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple shows at once.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event schedules.
  • Highly adaptable to change and adjustments of schedule.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
  • May work in drastic temperature climates
  • Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
  • On-site work may include long periods of standing, walking, or assisting with light physical tasks during load-in, show days, and load-out.
