• Oversee the management and optimization of technology systems and infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing complex technology environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience using Symbotic, Westfalia/Savanna, or OTTO/Fleet Manager are preferred.
• Strong understanding of system data flows is essential.
• Advanced MS Excel and SQL skills are preferred.
