Target Range:

$45,000.00/Yr. - $66,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Treasury Analyst II will assist in overseeing daily activities including cash management, processing Treasury payments, monitoring foreign exchange balances, overseeing investment sweep programs and executing borrowing on credit facilities. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting the Treasury Operations Team in various daily tasks. In addition, this role will be instrumental in process improvement activities and projects when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing accounts reviews, transactions settlement and processing, resolving transaction exceptions or rejects related to payable/receivable accounts, following established policies and procedures
  • Analyzing information to determine the accuracy and completeness of transaction data, proactively identifying and escalating risks to the firm
  • Providing clear and accurate responses for inquiries, making investigations and issues resolution with client accounts, seeking opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Daily cash management activities and Treasury payments
  • Executing and overseeing cash sweeping activities
  • Performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Treasury activity
  • Regulatory activities including reporting & 15C3 money movements
  • Assist in managing bank relationships
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and bank expense savings
  • Participate and contribute to various Treasury Projects when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of Corporate Treasury or Banking experience
  • Experience in securities industry, familiarity with FINRA & SEC rules and regulations a plus
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, oral and written communication
  • Understanding and seasoned knowledge of department computer systems and application software
  • Ability to work independently
