Proven ability to train, motivate, and fairly evaluate team performance. Basic P&L literacy: labor scheduling, cash handling, inventory/waste awareness. Expert-level knowledge of valid documentation related to the processing consumer mortgage applications (e.g., tax returns, financial statements and records, verification of income and deposits, etc.). The Shift Supervisor leads the team through each service, owning the floor during assigned shifts to deliver efficient operations, gracious hospitality, and brand standards. Lead Service & Standards

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of service standards, sanitation/health codes, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and fairly evaluate team performance.
