Job Description The Project Technician II is a mid-level technical resource responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects for our Managed Services Provider (MSP) clients. This role combines hands-on technical implementation with strong customer interaction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Technician II works both onsite at client locations and in-office, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to execute deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
