Sales & Performance Consistently meet (and beat!) daily sales goals by upselling, building trust, and using your product knowledge. Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout to boost customer satisfaction. Stay on top of promotions and product updates to give customers a seamless experience. Stay agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment. Take on extra duties as needed to support the team and store success. What You’ll Bring: A high school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, with a strong focus on service and satisfaction. A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately. The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
