What You'll Do The Senior Building Mechanic-HVAC position shares responsibility for the safety of the building assets and team members. The focus of this position is to maintain, troubleshoot and repair the individual commercial HVAC equipment, systems, building automation system controls and other building infrastructure that exists within a 5M square foot facility, dispersed between four buildings. This position ensures that all systems operate in a dependable, efficient manner to deliver the most effective means of heating, ventilation and air conditioning needed to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for team members, tenants and visitors. Position Responsibilities Installs, maintains, and repairs all refrigeration and HVAC units/systems. Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues with refrigeration and HVAC units. Performs daily routine and preventive maintenance based on best practices. Performs routine inspections of the equipment. Replaces or repairs defective components. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Performs refrigeration installation and maintenance tasks on maintenance and construction projects. Familiar with standards, concepts, practices, procedures in the area of facilities and maintenance, special events. Excellent listening, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Understanding of importance of maintenance records & work orders. Computer and software basic comprehension. Our franchise organization, BLH, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The main responsibility of the Server is "Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable." Fulfilling Golden Corral's mission statement requires a positive attitude and on going professionalism. Hospitality is the most important part of the Server's responsibilities. The keys to success for a Server include a clean, neat appearance, positive attitude, and courtesy.

Hospitality:

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
  • Practices positive public relations through ensuring our restaurant is welcoming and an inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Aware of the guests' needs and works to make the guests' experience pleasurable.
  • Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

Operational Excellence:

  • Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
  • Follows safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.

Cleanliness:

  • Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follows local health department laws.
