Creative Strategist / CRO Concept Lead

PeopleLiftLas Vegas, NV
Creative Strategist / CRO Concept Lead (Remote) Location: Remote (supporting client operations in Las Vegas, NV) Our client is an innovative company disrupting the public data space with solutions that help customers find the information they need faster and more efficiently than the competition. Eleris has been in business for over 14 years, generated nearly 200MM in revenue last year (they grew 2x YoY), and is poised to become one of, if not the fastest-growing, companies in the country. This is an elite team of just over 30 people that operates remotely but has an office in Las Vegas, with routine team events/travel, unlimited vacation time, and a work-from-anywhere approach. The benefits are top-tier, with several incentives that we will gladly review with you throughout the interview. This organization is a performance-driven, AI-forward company transforming how the public accesses data. Our team thrives on experimentation, data, and execution. Every initiative is tied to measurable business impact, and we operate with speed and clarity thanks to a test-and-learn culture rooted in ownership and direct communication. About the Opportunity We're seeking a creative strategist who thinks differently about conversion optimization. This isn't your typical growth hacking or direct-response marketing role. Our client operates in the public records space (property and people data), where trust and professionalism are the ultimate conversion drivers, not hype or aggressive sales tactics. In this role, you'll lead the ideation process for multi-step marketing funnels, conceptualizing high-impact A/B tests that improve conversion rates while maintaining an aesthetic that communicates credibility and reliability. What You'll Do Your primary deliverable is simple but critical: visual mock-ups of A/B test concepts paired with strategic rationale. Conceptualize split tests that prioritize user psychology and trust over traditional conversion tactics Create visual mock-ups (lo-fi or mid-fi wireframes) using tools like Figma, Canva, Balsamiq, Snagit, or whatever you prefer Write concise strategic summaries explaining the "why" behind each test so the production design team can execute seamlessly Draw inspiration from unexpected sources like utility bills, library portals, and public archives - places where professionalism dominates, not sales gimmicks Act as the bridge between research insights and design execution What Makes This Role Unique The aesthetic we need is deliberately understated. "Boring" is actually good here. Flashy marketing tactics, urgency triggers, and aggressive CTAs actively hurt our conversion rates in this space. Success means understanding that sometimes the best design feels invisible - professional, straightforward, and inherently trustworthy. You'll need to resist conventional direct-response playbooks and instead channel the visual language of professional organizations. What You'll Need Required: Understanding of user psychology and what builds trust in digital experiences Strong conceptual thinking - ability to generate creative test ideas backed by strategic reasoning Clear but concise communication skills - briefly explain your ideas in writing so designers can execute on your vision Light design skills - ability to create clear visual mock-ups Preferred: Experience running A/B tests or working in conversion rate optimization environments Familiarity with public records, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated/sensitive data industries What We offer: 120K to 150K Salary + A Generous Annual B onus Structure Fully Remote Position - Work from Anywhere Flexible Schedule & Unlimited Vacation Time Performance-Based Incentives, Perks, and Annual Bonuses $25k Electric Vehicle Purchasing Incentive Solar Panel Incentive For Your Home Cutting-Edge Tools, Technology & Training Opportunities Collaborative and Innovative Culture About Our Client Our client is an established provider of public record data services with operations in Las Vegas.
