The CNA will provide essential patient care support within a skilled nursing facility.

This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity in a long-term care environment. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Support patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Document care provided accurately and timely Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times Ensure patient dignity and comfort are maintained Requirements Active CNA certification required Minimum 6 12 months CNA experience preferred Current BLS certification preferred Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and weekend rotation Strong communication and teamwork skills Must comply with facility health and safety requirements Valid government-issued photo identification required COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required
