Job Details / Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all nursing services and clinical operationsOversee approximately 100 nursing staff members, including 1 Nurse Manager and 4 Nurse SupervisorsLead and develop departments including Respiratory, Dietary, Education, Dialysis, Infection Control, and Wound CareDrive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and preparation for Joint Commission surveysBuild and strengthen high-performing clinical teams with a focus on collaboration and professional growthPartner with hospital leadership to optimize patient care delivery in a rehabilitation settingEnsure high standards of nursing practice and patient safety in a 50-bed acute rehab environment

Qualifications:

BSN required; MSN required (or currently enrolled in an MSN program with clear progress)Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital environmentMinimum 2 years of nursing management/leadership experienceProven track record of strong leadership, team building, and developing high-performing clinical teamsMust live within reasonable driving distance to the Charlottesville, VA hospital
