Qualifications:

  • Must have a passion for the relationship side of clinical care
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state

  • Developing short- and long-term staffing, procedural, and standard-of-care goals
  • Ensuring the Resident Care Director successfully sets nursing staff schedules, manages onboarding, and trains new nursing staff
  • Monitoring and recording expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and regulations

$135,000 - $145,000 USD
