Requirements Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from an accredited university program.   Master's Degree in a Healthcare related field or enrolled and progressing toward a Master's Degree required.  Must possess and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of assigned hospital’s location. A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a LTAC or acute care setting is required.  LTACH  experience highly desirable.  Critical care experience is preferred.   Must show evidence of competency in supervising patient care services through a minimum of two years nursing management experience. Nursing management experience will consider roles as nursing manager, nursing director or CNO or other equivalent experience. CNO must reside within a 30-mile radius of the hospital.   • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
  • Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
  • Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
