Two years of recent (within the last 5 years) Nursing Management experience, with responsibilities including 24-hour accountability, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight, as well as conducting disciplinary action. May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts. May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.
