  • Knowledge of Nursing Home regulations and standards and ability to manage all aspects of state and federal survey process.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent grasp of principles of budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement through marketing, special care programs and management of ancillary services.
  • Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below.
  • Genuine care and interest in elderly and handicapped people.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities.
  • Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
