What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents and patients*
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered*
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team*
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals*
• Support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care*
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Iowa (or compact) LPN license*
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification*
• Strong communication and teamwork skills*
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
